Hi, we have a running Sharepoint (WSS 3.0) for two customers. So our sharepoint layout looks like this: ourcompany.com/client1/sites and ourcompany.com/client2/sitesOne of our clients asked us to change the alert template. I have done this, but it seems alert templates are applied to all sites within the server. So both clients get the same custom alert. I'm looking for a way to send a custom alerts to client1, and a second, different custom alert to client2. I hoped the stsadm -updatetemplatealert -URL paramater would help, but I've read that this parameter is not applied, and custom templates apply to all sites within the server. I've also read up on workflows and event handlers, but I'm hoping there is a quicker, easier way to have the server send different alerts for different sites? The modifications to the template for the client are temporarily (few months), so I'd like to avoid major changes just for this. Kind regards, Geert
