Sorry if none of this makes much sense. I'm new to sharepoint so I'm still learning the terms and such.
Basically, I'm trying to create a project status template. Each project will be a sub-site of the main site. Each of the sites will have an project description, engineers, tasks, issues and budget list(budget list is displayed in a data sheet view). It also has a summary web part page that then basically takes tasks, issues and the budget lists and puts them on a page that can easily be printed for review during a meeting.
My question though is this: To simply save the task of having to go to each project site and print every summary page is it possible to link the tasks, issues, and budget web parts from every project page that gets created so that it displays on one summary page and also, if information changes in any of theses lists if it will be automatically updated?
Thank you in advance
