Problem with ID number in a list

I am working with a list that has ID number as a column. I active Alert Me and it sends E-mail when I change some data. In the E-mail, there is any information about ID number And I don’t know, why I can’t add “ID” from existing site columns. In the existing site columns, I couldn’t find ID.

It can be done in MOSS 2007/WSSV3, it can not be done in SPS 2003/WSS V2
