Hey Everyone!
I've just started learning about WSS and I'm about to install the program but I have heard that it can be tricky to install WSS 3.0!
I have Visual Studio .Net 2003 and .Net Framework SDK v1.1 on my computer, so I'm wondering do I need anything else before I can do the installation?
I'm gone do a small project were the WSS site is going to be integrated with another site (that is not WSS), so what kind of installation do you recommend? What is the motivation of doing a stand-alone installation?
Any tips and hints are welcomed! If someone has a good installation tutorial please let me know....
Thank you

That's it. U will get ur sharepoint. Good Luck.

Hi Actually you can run WSS 3.0 under Windows Vista if you want to setup a development environment. If you want this goto www.bamboosolutions.com and download their instructions and software to enable WSS under Vista.
