No Stats in in User Report Site

Hello,
I have some problems with logs in user report site.

When i've installed WSS, in "Usage Analysis Processing", i've placed logs in default path.
Recently, I had to change this path and since that doesn't function any more.
What am i going to do ? Restart a service? which it ?

Solution is to apply rules in modify for user WSS_WPG on this new path for logs & reports.
