Neudesic, headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout the United States, is currently seeking several SharePoint developers with 3-5 years of SharePoint Portal development experience, with the ability to map the following collaborative theories to the Microsoft platform; information architecture, records management, policy & retention, file plan development, document assembly, collaboration and routing, business process management and actionable business intelligence. The selected candidates will work in small groups on multiple software development projects, and will work closely with the assigned Project Managers to deliver quality solutions to our client companies.
The candidate should have the following Required Technical Skills:
• Expert-level expertise with Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007 and MOSS technologies including web part development, site definitions and features.
• Expert-level competency in Visual Studio Tools for Office, Windows Workflow Foundation, Forms Server and Excel Services
• Extensive XSLT and Client-Side Applications and Object Models for Word, Outlook, Excel, InfoPath, Information Bridge Framework, K2.net and Captaris.
• Broad experience with .NET Framework to include .NET 2.0 and ASP.NET 2.0/3.0
• Extensive experience with DataSourceControl, DataSourceView, Membership and Personalization
• Experience with large-scale applications in a leadership role
• Demonstrable experience developing solution architecture
• Leadership experience throughout the software lifecycle
Technical Skills Desired:
• Training or speaking experience (MCT or similar)
• Expert-level experience with one or more emerging technologies such as Atlas
• Experience creating custom controls for either ASP.NET or Windows Forms
• Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005
• Security, including CAS and WCS
• Strong knowledge of Office products, CMS and Active Directory
Additional Skills & Competencies:
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
• Work directly with business development teams during project envisioning (e.g., proposal generation, statements of work, RFP/RFQ creation and delivery) to come up with the best solution for given requirements, with the ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects.
• Ability to pass relevant Microsoft certification exams.
• Ability to travel occasionally up to 25%
