I have a specific question about running the data extraction program from the report pack download.

I followed the procedure of of executing the msi, creating the SQL databases, and attempting to run the DEP (data extraction program). The DEP uses a IIS 6 logparser exe too.
The issues I have are:
1) doesn't parse IIS logs but does parse WSS logs
2) after WSS parsing, the DEP hangs and says "Getting information about virtual servers, databases, sites, and files..."
I will attempt to load the SQL reports to determine how much data was extracted into the SQL databases.
If anyone could help with issues 1) and 2) it would be greatly appreciated!
