I'm building a survey for a client and I am wondering if there is a way to remove the "Go Back to Survey" option. After the survey is finished and created you have two options: Save and Close or Go Back to Survey. I would like to remove this option so users do not see it. I am using Sharepoint Designer 2007 to edit but have not had any luck so far. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
