Hello Guys,
I am new to the SharePoint thing but have already managed to setup our companies intranet, designed our helpdesk system with custom workflows and so on. but currently I sit with an odd problem.
Sometimes I have random names that just popup in the assigned to list. For instance somebody would be assigned something and when they recieve the email it shows their name but then it also shows that somebody has been removed from the list. Been looking for more information regarding this but not getting anything so far.
If anybody knows anything I would really appriciate your assistance. If I do get an answer before I will post it here for other to see.

The work flow you built is not correct, I mean the triggering condition is not right. As I see it you want send a email to someone when a task is assign to him/her . but what you get is those people can get a mail even the task is moved. Work flow is tricky, though it is remarkably useful. I know a product by which you can get more sending conditions like list item created, modified, or deleted.upcoming deadlines, overdue item, or change of item status and so on. You can get this add-on from www.sharepointboost.com is you want. the product is called Alert reminder boost. Perhaps I took this too simple, I hope this can give a clue. Good luck.
