Hello, I have been searching on the web for a solution to this issue I am having, and so far I have had no luck. I have a Company Directory on my Share Point Site which is set up as a List. This List is broken down by location that are employees are at. It contains columns such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Business Phone#, Mobile Phone#, Fax #, and e-mail Address. I added some custom code to have a Print List item in the Actions Menu, found at... www.sharepoint-tips.com/2007/01/how-to-add-print-list-option-to-list.htmlMy problem is that when you do a Print Preview all the data looks fine, but when it actually is printed some columns wrap and is very unappealing to the eye. I have tried resizing the columns and that didn't work. One way to get around this is to go into the page setup and adjust the margins. I don't want this to work that way, this means every employee who wants to print a Company Directory to keep at the desk has to go play with the margin setup to get it right the page correctly. Is there a way to create a style sheet for on particular List that would over right the users current default printer margins? If so how would you go about doing this. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi I would suggest you to get Sharepoint Designer and redesign the list where all your items are stored and make a custom print button from Sharepoint Designer which will open up the list in a aspx page with a special css-styled page attached to it so it prints fine.
Sometimes you just have to go deeper and when you want to, Sharepoint Designer will help you doing so.
Hope you solve this issue and if you dont, post again here and we will try help you getting closer to your goal.
