Survey with no My Site option

Hello all
I want to send out a survey to about 50 people who are not on Sharepoint. I want them to be able to fill out the survey but not be able to select My Site (which allows them to create a personalized site) as we are still in proof of concept.

You'll have to make the survey anonymous if they don't have access to the SharePoint environment. In regards to My Sites; in the Profile Management section of the SharePoint Central Administration (SSP); you can limit what users can create My Sites.
