We have a survey running on SharePoint. The "Number of Responses" displays 54. The "Show All Responses" displays 56. The "Show Graphical Summary of All Responses" shows 38. When exporting the survey to Excel, only 38 responses extract and display. What is the problem? How do I get all the responses to extract?

I figured out that there are only 38 replies - because there are numbers missing from the "Show All Responses" list. Why would the survey be skipping numbers?

I figured out that there are only 38 replies - because there are numbers missing from the "Show All Responses" list. Why would the survey be skipping numbers? It sounds like some responses were deleted or you don't have proper access to see all the responses. |
