I am making a webpart that will have a dropdown with site members and a textbox to enter a message. When user hits submit it will send the sms to that user.
How can I make a settings tab in my webpart and where is the best place to sell the webpart?

Hi Andreas,
will this webpart send the SMS to a handy/Cellphone, or as a messege within sharepoint? I'm looking for something of this nature as well.

How can I make a settings tab in my webpart and where is the best place to sell the webpart? Nice!! Can't wait to see it in action!! You might want to use the Modify Web Part as the settings portion. The best place to sell the part would be to get an e-commerce account and go that route. |

Hi
I have started to develop the webpart and it will have settings for xml post string, sms gateway, url address so if you store a mobile number in a persons profile in sharepoint this webpart will list all users alphabetical and then let you type in 160 characters and send it through the sms gateway to the users mobile phone.
