Is there anything we can do or what is the reason the community site is down? Our hosting company's front-end servers failed. They claim the database also failed and they didn't do any backups. The last backup we took through SharePoint Designer was from June 26th; they are in the process of restoring the site back to it's original state and it should be up shortly. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. PS. This is a SharePoint hosting firm that is the top 10 hosting companies for SharePoint based technology. |

The hosting company is going to restore our site. The last version of the backuped up data they have is from 1 year ago.

After talking with the hosting firm yesterday they will have the site up by today.
