I now have 3 sharepoint servers under my belt, but have never needed to add new webparts into the server (WSS_v3).
What I've been tasked with are: Add a webpart to show incomming telephone calls Add a webpart to show incomming faxes
Has a webpart been designed with these features?
BTW: It's really great to have found this website.

I'm not aware of an out-of-the-box web part or 3rd party solution.

Hi Ami How do you imagine this webparts to work? Show incoming call, should the webpart connect to the users phone or connected modem or do they use Microsoft Communicator? Incoming faxes can be done in a simple way.
1. Make sure you get some multifunctional printer/scanner/fax 2. Make sure that all incoming faxes get sent to an email-address 3. Map that e-mailaddress to a documentlibrary and there you go!
Works like a charm. We have a HP 4730MFP and it scans really fast and sends all scanned documents as PDF-files to our sharepoint.
