I want the user to be able to add documents to the folders (document library) but not create new folders. Is there a way to do this?
As of now, all I see is 'Add' feature which allows them to add folders and documents.

Go into the settings for the DL or List, and one of the options under Advanced should be "Display 'New Folder' command on the New menu?". Turn it off.
