Hi,
I am wanting to create a form that staff can fill in and click submit and it will then be emailed to a number of people, but not stored in sharepoint.
1 of the fields on the form would be an employee's name, the form would need to be emailed to that person and their manager, this information is stored in active directory.
It would also need to email to a third party that doesn't change as the employee changes, they receive all forms.
Is there any way to do this? I thought maybe somehow with Infopath form services but that doesn't seem to be part of sharepoint services 3.0?
Cheers, Michael

Well I would create an ordinary asp.net form inside Sharepoint Designer and then I would create a list of peoples emailaddresses that would recieve the forms, syncronize that with the ad maybe and then use the built in email engine to send it.

I think your requirement is little bit complicated, I myself have no idea how to get it done. There are some tools that seem can do that(from their name) Sharepoint AD Sync from www.sharepointboost.com/ and other tools enhance workflow. I think if you got one tool other things can be done through Sharepoint default functionality. Wish you luck.
