I have a question about pushing or pulling info in SharePoint. I am putting our contracts department onto SharePoint (SP) and I was asked if I could do the following:
A contract mod has been posted in the contract section of SP, but the Program Manager (PM) does not have access. Instead, we would like to have something on the PM's page that pulls this new mod into his page. Is there a connection that can be made to accomplish this.
I think that I can have a workflow set up, but it would be much easier to connect the Contract folder to the PM's page; or at least what the PM is authorized to see in the contract folder.
Any help would be very welcomed. Thanks.
