Hi folks. I meet a problem when I grant permission to some items in a column. Here goes: I built a employees information list which contains name, cell phone, salary and so on. As some column like salary are not allowed to be viewed by them I need blank them, so how can I do it? Thanks in advance.

Jay Mueller, thanks. I will take a look at it. I also got an advise that I should consider advanced permission settings. Anyway thank you very much.
