1. Is it possible to set up a daily report (based on certain criteria (such as a list of open projects that are due within a 3-day period) and have it transmitted via email? I'm not sure this is possible. One thing I thought about doing was creating a new Calendar view that meets the criteria we need to see.
2. To make a long story short, my department is using the Calendar system to track our scheduled work. We previously used a Word file that contained our work order items (the date the work was done, who did the work, and what work was completed). The work order also contained the project name, project number, and project team (which are all displayed on our calendar items). Is there any way in the Meeting Workspace to create a table or page that allows us to enter and later print this information.
Any information or assistance is greatly appreciated. ;D
