Can't access Sharepoint

Windows did a midnight update on my server and as a result some drivers etc were corrupted. Since then I have been unable to access my sharepoint site, either on the server or from a client computer. It is a secure site - https

Anyone have a place I might start. We are a small company and technies don't like to serve folks who only have an occasional problem so we have been waiting over a week for a guy to come back and address the issue.

I would recommend looking at the Event Viewer on the server to determine if there are any errors present. Also, please post the error you are receiving when browsing to the site.
