I have setup an application in MOSS 2007. I have to configure Incoming Emails to receive documents by emails in document libraries without Exchange Server. I have installed Mail Server at separate Machine. That is working fine. I want to relay all emails of that email server by using SMTP virtual server on this machine. But I am unable to do so, quick responses will be highly appreciate.

SharePoint does not allow you to do so automatically. When u configure SharePoint for incoming emails you must install local SMTP Service on the SP Server. It will have the SMTP domain as *@sharepoint.example.com In your active mail server, if you want create an account for the library and forward all emails to the library email adddress which would look like library@sharepoint.example.com
