Hi,
I have very recently installed WSS 3.0 with SP2 on an Win3k server with SP2. I haven't been able to create a web application. Basically the OK / CANCEL button just does not work even though the buttons are displayed. Additionally I have noticed that although I have logged on using the Domain Admin Account, the top right hand side still displays as "Welcome System Account" instead of the Domain Admin credentials. The "Site Actions" dropdown also is not working.
Has anyone seen this behavior? Please advice
