sharepoint dev for console

Hello folk,
were a business in montreal, getting start with sharepoint and looking for a good dev in sharepoint and dotnet. Im trying to build, by myself a communication platform with sharepoint. I have all my list, my form and close to have everything i needed, but im looking for something specific now and its huge dev for me, maybe not for you... guru of sharepoint.

i want a little dotNet console to make a bridge between our comon app and sharepoint. My plan is talking in our specific app to a command line to add item an existing specific list. So i imagine, the dotnet console can have some imput argument, like the guid of the list and the column where the item gonna be add, something like that.

can someone help me on that, i dont have money, but later, if we going futher with sharepoint, we gonna need help and maybe bigger project can be planned with money to develop and get the job done.
