Attempted to increase the size of files upload params per attached doc.
After which I get "HTTP/1.1 404

File Not Found.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.
The admin page will not load. This is Sharepoint 3.0 on W2K3R2 box. It was working just fine until I tried to increase the file upload size. I changed both web.config file per the attached doc ; after it broke the site I changed both files back and they still produce the error. I am at a loss for resolutions.
I install another instances of SPS and still get the error above.
