Issue with web

I'm hoping some guru out there might be able to lend me a hand.

I am using WSS 3.0 witht he WID. I am having an issue where the web pages and anything associated with HTTP/HTTPS don't seem to be loading. I am able to access the content (add/delete list items) through PowerShell. I also have acalendar open in outlook and I am able to add to and delete from it. I am not able to view any pages other than the Central Admin. I am getting no error messages in event viewer and all services seem to be running properly.

Also, when I try to access the sites via SPD 2007 I get "An error occurred in the secure channel support."

Issue is resolved. My SSL certificate had some how gotten disassociated with the site in IIS. I reimported it an dit worked fine. I have no clue how this happened.
