From where is the default.aspx page attached to a site automatically?Is it from a higher level?
If yes, why an error when corrected in the web application level does not get corrected once a new site is created?Every time a new site is created it gives the error ""Content controls have to be top-level controls in a content page or a nested master page that references a master page."
Please explain.
