I am trying to find a way to include a unique "tag" within a survey when I email a link to one of the recipients.
The surveys are being sent to customers to rate their level of satisfaction with a support call they have submitted. I would like to somehow embed the unique support call number within each survey that is sent.
Is there any way to do this?
