Column with hours, minutes and seconds?

Hi

I would like to create a column in my list where we can enter hours, minutes and seconds with three consecutive drop-downs. See the attached example.

I'm quite new to sharepoint and I've not done any customizations yet so "keep it simple"

There is no out of box filed in SharePoint to meet your situation, you should develop a custom filed type.
