Must have focused skills in BCS, Workflow, Web Part Development or Silverlight plus the following:
␣ Detailed knowledge of SharePoint site configuration and best practices
␣ Proficient designing and developing enterprise architectures
␣ Strong C# .Net and SQL skills
␣ Proficient Application Life Cycle Development Approaches
␣ Work with the SharePoint team to implement governance policies
␣ Strong Web development skills (HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, etc)
␣ Knowledgeable of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
␣ Ability to create and maintain project plans for a development team
␣ Ability to extract and document technical requirement
