Thank you for taking the time to look over this, its been a real headache. I am trying to figure out the answer to this and the process and procedure to complete this task. I was informed that it can be done through sharepoint workflow. Could someone please look over the attached document? and decipher this maybe? I am not too knowledgeable with sharepoint, but I would hope this is a good stepping stone to learn a few things or two about it. I appreciate this greatly, and if need be I can provide pay pal payments for your services. I just want to learn how to automate this process although thats what I was told I would be doing. Thank you again for your time.
