How to enable search filtering when publish docume

1. How to enable search filtering when publish document to library?

-the search/filtering column is disabled when publishing to SharePoint. Is there 3rd party tool/method that can enable this search/filtering function?



2. How to add more/customize the column in Save As window?

- example: add a Version column in Save As window below.
