 ok found it out .I used "connect to another library in sharepoint 2007" in designer . it allows access to the whole site library.

IIRC, the Content Query Web Part is also useful for this, and I'd encourage its use, since it is "built-in". The upside is that it doesn't actually require SPD to use, so pages aren't customized. OTOH, the layout templates for the CQWP generally are so crude that you have to do some customization. Heather Solomon has a realy great piece on her blog for how to manipulate the layout for the CQWP. Check it out!
