Dear All, can anyone advise please:
when using the discussions web part, how do you re-create a new threaded view. the default thread view cannot be amended. I have added extra attributes to my web part and would like these to be displayed oin a new threaded view.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can add these extra columns of data using SharePoint Designer. After opening the page in SP Designer you can right click and select an option (Convert to XSLT dataview) that will allow you to add/edit/delete individual fields.
